REFUND POLICY

If you purchase one of our Curves 8 products, once your payment has cleared your products/ services will be delivered as per schedule / sessions. No refunds will be given after payment is processed. Curves 8 support staff is available to assist you for any questions you may have. We highly recommend that all customers clear their doubts about the products.

No refund will be made once the purchase has been made. It is the customer responsibility to evaluate the fit before purchasing the product. Once the purchase is made, the product / service is non-refundable.

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS REFUND POLICY

It is the customers responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products / services, you indicate that you have fully read this refund policy and that you agree with it and fully accept all the terms and conditions of this refund policy. If you do not agree with it or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we kindly ask that you do not place an order for the products / services with us.

Please feel free to contact customer service directly. Since Curves 8 is offering a non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue any refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any of our item. All sales are final.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that at times you might make a mistake. We will not issue any refund for any of the products or services you have bought from us, however in the event that you mistakenly placed an order for the wrong size we can give you an exchange for the correct size. It is the customers duty to bear the inward shipping cost to our warehouse. Please note that exchanges for sizes is only given provided the product is not worn and / or removed from original packing.

No Refunds Will be Given. All Sales Are Final.
